Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Cutback, a surf session app provided by Holylabs Ltd. By using Cutback, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

You may use Cutback to connect to compatible sensors, record surf sessions, manage your profile, and export session data. You are responsible for your account, device, exported files, and how you use the app.

Account

You may sign in using email/password, Google, or Apple where available. Keep your credentials secure. You may reset your password, request an email change, log out, or delete your account from the app.

Safety

Cutback is an activity logging tool. It is not a safety device, emergency service, coaching guarantee, or navigation system. Always follow local conditions, lifeguard instructions, and your own judgment in the water.

Data and Exports

Session data, metrics, and exports may contain errors or gaps due to device, sensor, connection, battery, environmental, or software conditions. You should verify exported data before relying on it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or use Cutback in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Cutback, including its app design, name, software, and related materials, is owned by Holylabs Ltd or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Third-Party Services

Cutback may use third-party services such as Firebase, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, maps, or device platform services. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer

Cutback is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Holylabs Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cutback after changes means you accept the updated terms.
